Background
This wine was produced from two vineyards blocks on the east side of our property. Our ridgeside Terraces Block at elevation 1300 feet struggles to yield a few tons of sparsely clustered tiny berries with inky intensity. Our Far East Block, in a protected amphitheater, grows robustly and with minimal intervention. Between the two we have a comprehensive expression of Napa Valley hillside Cabernet Sauvignon the Brown way.
