Fermentation of our 2006 Mickey's Block zinfandel was arrested by the addition of distilled spirits, namely 153-proof brandy made from our 2002 Mickey's Block zinfandel! Hence the moniker, "Double Estate Dessert Wine." This is our second vintage of Arrested Zinfandel, and it remains faithful to its "new world" heritage, showing true varietal fruit flavors straight through to the essence of the spirits.
